In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have established this terminal to process notices of alleged infringement. We act as a distribution node for the Yono App ecosystem and will respond to valid legal requests.

# 02. TAKEDOWN PROTOCOL (NOTICE)

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been deployed on our terminal without authorization, please submit a formal notification containing:

• Identification of the copyrighted work.

• Precise location (URL) of the alleged infringing material.

• Your technical contact credentials (Email/Node ID).

• A statement of good faith belief.

# 03. COUNTER-NOTIFICATION

Users who believe their content was removed by mistake or misidentification may file a counter-notice via our encrypted support channel. Our administrators will review the technical hash of the content before re-initialization.

# 04. REPEAT INFRINGER POLICY

The Yono Technical Hub maintains a zero-tolerance policy for repeat infringers. Any node found to be consistently violating DMCA protocols will have its hardware ID permanently blacklisted from the ecosystem.
