# 01. ACCEPTANCE OF PROTOCOL
By accessing the Yono App terminal via newyonoapp.xyz, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these technical and legal terms. If you do not agree to the system parameters, you must terminate your session immediately.
# 02. USER AUTHENTICATION & SECURITY
Users are responsible for maintaining the integrity of their account credentials. Any data breach resulting from user-side vulnerability is not the liability of the central node. Multi-accounting or automated bot deployment is a violation of the protocol and will result in a permanent hardware ID ban.
# 03. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The software architecture, visual modules, and proprietary RNG logic accessible through newyonoapp.xyz are protected assets. Unauthorized reverse engineering or redistribution of the APK binary is strictly prohibited.
# 04. SERVICE LIMITATIONS
We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance on the Yono terminal nodes. During these periods, access to Rummy and Casino modules may be temporarily suspended to ensure long-term system stability and data integrity.
# 05. TERMINATION OF ACCESS
The Yono App administration reserves the right to terminate access to any node or user profile found to be engaged in suspicious transactional behavior or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
